When you join the early access list, we collect the information you enter on the form:

- Your mobile phone number (optional)
- Your herd size and operation type
- Whether you consented to email and/or text message communications, and when
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider and any analytics we use may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to understand site performance and traffic, not to identify you personally.

Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box and provide a mobile number, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Rangely at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep a record of your consent, including the date and time you gave it and the wording you agreed to. We never sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you opted in to email, we'll send you updates about Rangely. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. You can also reply to any message and ask to be removed.

When Rangely's application becomes available, the records you enter about your animals and land belong to you. We will not sell your operational data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Aggregate, de-identified information may be used to improve the product's accuracy — for example, regional forage growth benchmarks — in a form that cannot be traced back to you or your operation.
Data retention
We keep your contact information for as long as you're on our list or until you ask us to delete it. Consent records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from email — use the link in any message.
- Stop text messages — reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correct, or delete your information — email us at sellerscattleco@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those requests regardless of where you're located. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
